Line Cook/Pizzaiolo

Duties include: 

  • Learning the craft of Neapolitan style wood fired pizza. 

  • Crafting a variety of artisan meats, cheeses, doughs, and seasonal vegetables. 

  • Acquiring knife skills for prep work and future use. 

  • Comfortable with gaining knowledge with using a wood fire oven. 

  • Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area. 

  • Keeping a clean and appealing work area. 

  • Make sure all food items are stored properly and implementing FIFO. 

  • Practice sanitary and hygienic food handling practices.

  • Kitchen experience preferred but not required. 




Duties & Requirements include: 

  • Greeting customers and taking orders. 

  • Delivering beverages and food in a timely manner. 

  • Communicating with guests about menu offerings. 

  • Knowledgeable in menu offerings and beer selections, able to make suggestions. 

  • Entering into a POS system guests order correctly. 

  • Checking in the guest about experience. 

  • Arriving to work in timely manner, in appropriate attire, and ready to work. 

  • Informing management of issues. 

  • Positive and upbeat attitude, talking to guests in a gracious manner. 

  • Working as a team and helping out fellow co-workers. 

  • Maintain sanitary and hygienic practices. 

  • Collecting payments from guests and returning correct change. 

  • Over the age of 18 to serve alcohol in state of Wisconsin. 



Duties Include:

  • Greet incoming guests and welcome them to the restaurant 

  • Seat guests with appropriate number of menus. 

  • Keeping rotation so servers recieve right number of guests. 

  • Helping out co-workers, bussing tables, running food items. 

  • Know layout of the restaurant and table numbers.

  • Assist guests with questions
