We like to keep our oven between 700 and 800 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum pizza cooking. This temperature allows us to develop the beautiful leoparding on our crust and melt cheese to perfection..
Our pizzas are 10-12 inches in size and feed about 1-2 people.
We use a mix of Red and White Oak. The Red Oak burns hot while the White Oak creates a smoky flavor.
Yes we do! Our options include, a gluten sensitive crust option for pizzas, salads with gluten free and vegan dressing options, wine and gluten free cider. Unfortunately, we cannot use our gluten sensitive crust for our calzones. We can never guarantee that our oven is completely flour free as the flour will sit in the pores of the stone. If you have a severe gluten allergy we do not recommend consuming anything from our oven. Some of our ingredients are cooked in beer including our fennel sausage. Please ask your server about other ingredients that not gluten free.

Of Course! Only exception to this is our bistro nights (Monday and Tuesday) and if there is a private party using the space.
Monday and Tuesday evenings are our "Bistro Nights", we limit our menu to our House Pizzas which can be found on our eatery page.

Yes we do! We will fill any clean growler in our eatery and offer great deals during our social hours and Sundays.

We close our kitchen down 1 hour before we close, 8pm M-Tu,Sun, and 9pm W-Sat.
